• We typically arrive one hour prior to your event to get access to your building, set up our cart as well as warm up our espresso machine(s).

    Larger events may require an earlier arrival and we can set up one day prior in some cases.

  • We often hear “thank you for your quick response” but instant quote systems charge customers a fee which we don’t want and every event is different. We’re happy to hop on a call with you to make sure you have everything you need. Some events are multiple days and hours while some are more simple. That’s why we prefer the term “CUSTOM QUOTE”!

  • We Provide Unlimited Espresso (Available in Regular + Decaf) Coffee: Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, & Mocha Not Coffee: Matcha Latte, Chai Latte, & Hot Chocolate Flavors: Vanilla, Caramel, Chocolate Options: Whole Milk, Almond Milk & Oat Milk Available Hot or Iced All coffee provided by LiveWire Coffee Roasted in Atlanta! Sugar, Sugar Substitute, Stirrers, Cups, Lids, & Guess Work Included!

    It is All One Catering Package With A Deposit Due Upon Booking and The Balance Is Due on the Day Of Your Event. We Do Not Sell Individual Cups of Coffee.

  • We Require a Dedicated 20 Amp Circuit for Each Coffee Cart/Barista Station. Basically, Your Standard Wall Outlet. However, Since Espresso Equipment Pulls a Good Deal of Power, We Need To Ensure We Are On A Dedicated Breaker For Each Set Up. I.e if you have ordered two barista stations, we need two dedicated circuits.

  • We Prefer To Set Up Inside. We Most Often Set Up At Offices and Inside Convention Centers and Hotels. However, If You Have An Outdoor Event, Please Let Us Know and Be Able To Provide Cover To Protect Our Coffee Equipment From The Elements.
